👋 Hi! I'm Amos.
I'm a 3rd-year undergraduate student at UC Berkeley studying Computer Science and Statistics.
My interests are in the broad areas of video understanding, multimodal models, and causal inference. Currently, I'm working on video-language understanding at BAIR under the Darrell Group. I also tinker with machine learning within the vibrant community at Launchpad.
Previously, I have fine-tuned LLMs to improve fuzzy matching workflows for piracy identification at Autodesk, and applied machine learning methods to metagenomic epidemiology studies at UCSF.
Outside of work, I enjoy solving Rubik's Cubes, going on long bike rides, and capturing moments on my digicam/film camera.
